BH Interiors (“we”, “us”) runs bh-interiors.co.uk. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and your rights. We are the data controller. Contact us at info@bh-interiors.co.uk, on 01472 355197, or by post at 76-78 Freeman Street, Grimsby, DN32 7AG.

What we collect

When you contact us through the form: your name, phone number, postcode, the room you are interested in, the best time to call, and (if you give them) your email address and message.

When you call or email us: the details you choose to give us.

When you visit the site: our analytics tool, Cloudflare Web Analytics, records basic, anonymous usage information such as the pages viewed, the referring site, and the type of device and browser. It does not use cookies and does not identify you.

Why, and our lawful basis

To reply to your enquiry and arrange a design visit or quotation: our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, and steps you ask us to take before entering into a contract.

To measure and improve the website: our legitimate interest in a working, useful website.

We do not send marketing emails. Giving us your details is voluntary, but we need a name and a phone number to reply. We do not make automated decisions or profile you.

Who we share it with

We use trusted providers who process data on our behalf under contract:

Formspree: delivers your form submission to our inbox (based in the United States).

Cloudflare: hosts the website, protects it from attack, and provides our cookieless analytics.

We do not sell your personal data or share it for anyone else’s marketing.

International transfers

Formspree and Cloudflare may process data outside the UK, including in the United States. Where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards: the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified, or the UK International Data Transfer Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work: 24 months from your last contact, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. If you become a customer, we keep the records we need for the job, our accounts and any guarantee for as long as the law requires. Analytics data is anonymous and aggregated.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, delete or restrict your data, to object to how we use it, or to move it to another provider. Email info@bh-interiors.co.uk or write to us at the showroom address. We will reply within one month.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, please tell us first at info@bh-interiors.co.uk or 01472 355197. We will acknowledge your complaint within 30 days and let you know the outcome. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk, 0303 123 1113).

Cookies

This website does not set any cookies for analytics or advertising, so there is no cookie banner. If that ever changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent first.
